Children

The children's ministry of Pawleys Island Presbyterian Church is full of energy, creativity, music, and worship! We are one crazy bunch of children & adult volunteers on fire for Jesus, wanting to learn more about Him, and how to be good and Godly citizens in Pawleys Island!

All kids 4K - 5th grade are encouraged and invited to participate in our children's ministry

Here are the ways you can get involved with the Pawleys Island Presbyterian children's ministry program:

  • J.A.M. (Jesus and Me) Program: Meets Sunday nights from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at the church during the school year. (September - May) The evening includes Bible story time, games, craft time, music time, and dinner!
     
  • Sunday School: Meets every Sunday morning at 9am on the 2nd floor of the Office & Education Building.
    Age appropriate classes (3K - kindergarten, 1st-3rd grade, 4th and 5th grade)
     
  • Music Program: Children's Choir, Hand-bells, "Angel Band" all are available for our children.
     
  • Summer activities: Beach trips, Pelicans baseball games, water park nights, movie nights, and more!

 

Youth

S.A.L.T. (Serving and Loving Together), The Pawleys Island Presbyterian youth program is a group of young men and women committed to growing in their faith in Jesus Christ through fellowship, service, and study. All young adults 6th grade through 12th grade are encouraged and invited to participate in the S.A.L.T. Youth program - there is always room for you to become part of this amazing family of faith!

  Here are the ways you can get involved with the PIPC S.A.L.T. Youth Program:

  • S.A.L.T. Youth Group: Meets Sunday nights from 5:30 - 7 pm in the Holsclaw Fellowship Center (Fellowship Hall) during the school year. (August - May)
     
  • Sunday School: Meets Sunday morning at 9am in the Youth Room. (high school and middle school) 
     
  • Service Projects: We get out during the fall and spring semester to be the hands and feet of Christ to our local community.
     
  • Special Events: From concerts, to bonfires, to photo scavenger hunts, to youth retreats - S.A.L.T. Youth keeps you on your toes!
     
  • Summer activities: Once school is out, we have beach days, go to Pelicans baseball games, water parks, have movie nights, and go on youth summer conferences around the southeast. (The Great Escape, Fun in the Son, Son Servants, Salkehatchie-Rivertown, and more!)
